Hugh & Crye is a transformational men's lifestyle brand. We exist to support our customers, whom we call "protagonists"  through innovative products and experiences. We started in 2009 with a simple notion that men's dress shirts simply don't fit. We created an innovative sizing system to breathe new life into the industry. Since then, we perfected the dress shirt, added new products, and amassed thousands of customers. While new products excite us, the thing that drives us daily is helping our customer in all facets of his life. We are looking for more enthusiastic co-workers to join us in helping our customers and deepening relationships.

Customer Experience

Our customer is our lifeblood. Over 50% who shop with us, come back a second time. The fit and quality that our products provide and the personability and helpfulness of our service is the perfect combo that our customers look for. They are well-informed, well-connected, loyal, and highly relational. They're looking for a brand that understands them and provides them value. Hugh & Crye does that. In order for us to provide this, we need people who are naturally interested in helping and serving others to deepen this relationship we have with our customer. 

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Crush the basics: understand our product, understand a customer's needs, answer his or her questions, ship product, maintain notes on our CRM system
  • Work off-script: you'll be trained in the way we do things, but you need to be resourceful, creative, smart and nice enough to figure out solutions for our customers yourself.
  • Master all channels: in-person, over the phone, email, live chat, Twitter, Facebook, and so on
  • Win and engage customers

Key experience you must have:

  • Thriving within a startup environment, or hunger to do so
  • Fundamental understanding of E-commerce, social networks, and Web 2.0
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment
