Director of Marketing

Hugh & Crye is a Washington, DC based online retailer of better-fitting and inspired menswear. We've operated extremely lean (pun intended, ha!) and recognize the obvious: our continued growth depends on the bench strength of our team.

Passion and the ability to get sh** done are two important traits we look for in all of our employees.

Our mission is simple: to provide men with the best shirts possible. We're obsessive about fit, fabric, construction and design. We'll be expanding our product line beyond shirts, blazers, and accessories in 2017. It's about to get crazy.

Director of Marketing

Ok, so you're pretty much a rock star. Grab the mic, and lead our marketing strategy and execution. You're going to help build Hugh & Crye into an amazing lifestyle brand that it's destined to be.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute Hugh & Crye's marketing plan
  • Own marketing efforts across online (web, search, social, digital) and offline (store, retail expansion, events)
  • Win customers, one at a time, at a staggering pace
  • Identify partnership opportunities to grow brand awareness
  • Work with marketing, design, web and pr agencies to execute the plan
